The Dikoloti Nickel & Copper Project is a 615 km² mineral exploration concession located in the Selebi-Phikwe region of north-eastern Botswana, approximately 400 km from Gaborone. Situated within an established nickel and copper mining belt, the project benefits from a significant history of exploration, geological investigations and technical studies.
Historical exploration and resource modelling identified an Inferred Mineral Resource of 4.5 million tonnes at an average grade of 0.64% nickel and 0.54% copper, with associated cobalt, platinum, palladium and gold mineralisation.
The project benefits from an extensive historical exploration database incorporating drilling campaigns, geological mapping, geochemical sampling and metallurgical investigations. A historical scoping study evaluated underground mining methods, ore processing, infrastructure requirements and the development potential of the Dikoloti deposit.
With its established nickel-copper mineralisation, associated precious metals and substantial licence area, PL2687 represents a strategic multi-commodity exploration and development opportunity in one of Botswana's historically important mining regions.
